I check the aircon drain pipes and they are okay and re-routed away from dripping on anything important.
No coolant leaking from the heater core, only water.

Yes this what it was, after getting down and dirty and unplugging the hole, it all drained out.

    Roadworthy Fail.

    Just got the bad news.
Lower ball joint boots need replacing (knew about that)
Left number plate light assy missing (I knew about that too)
Rear left lower indicator lens cracked (I knew about that as well)
Underbody oil leaks degrease and determine source of leaks (I knew about them too but hoped they were not serious enough)

Now got to decide whether to continue or ----. I'm not up to taking out major units like endine, transmission, tc.
She's a great beast at only 340K km. Never had a 3 Amigos in 110Kkm.
    Make a great Project.
    Cheers from Sad Pete

Day 3 of drying drivers front floor out..
its like a direct line from god to my foot area...
in two areas,, looks like a splash zone in the centre of the floor mat, and then the river down the A pillar..
windscreen install is maybe 5 years old??

has to be a rubber-shrinking-gone-hard-thing cos all drains are ok...

and have these to install soonish.. had several squeals on first start during a "cold" snap..
and then something that could only be a belt slip,,
There is a good chance this will be my 3rd round at this,,

Just a thought if not the windscreen (which is seled in urethane, not a rubber gasket like in the old days) could the leak possibly be coming from the roof, esp the seals around the rear top glass in the roof?
