Thats a normal fix for anything over 2" from what I've seen. You can get spacers off the shelf.

Try Less richmond, they do spacer.

So where can I find these spacers ? What's the thickness of them normally. I was looking at the 1 inch mark and see if that alleviates the potential problem .
Had a look at the Les Richmond ones. Not sure which would be more suitable. I'll have to have a play around with the chassis and see how much space I'll need.

With the standard rims and (eventually) a 2" lift through suspension only: What's the maximum tyre size I can go to? Existing tyres: 235/70/16.
