ARB is just an abbreviated four letter word.

ARB, like most franchise operations is wholly dependent on the people running it. I am very happy with their products mostly, and will continue to recommend them. But, as I said, find a good store and stick to them, ( and it may not be the closest one to you either) they will reward you with your loyalty in my experience.

Agree with JC. I have pretty much always had good experiences with their dealers and products that I have used. I can think of one occasion where they frustratingly suplied the wrong o'rings for a locker, that were needed in a diff rebuild but thats it.

Ive argued my side on one other product breakage but they warrantied it in the end.

Sorry to say but I think those XROX bars are hideous, and I wouldn't have one on any car I owned, even if it was given to me for free. p.s. not saying the ARB ones are better as an ultimate off road solution (they get dug it the ground way too often), but they dont look bad.

yep, agree as well, never had any problems with ARB myself.

you need to understand that the stores are run by people like you and me, and like you and me we have different opinions. just because 1 person at 1 store doesn't do it for you doesn't mean the whole franchise is bad.

That is exactly why I ordered an XROX, seen an ARB bar bite the dirt to often. They maybe good for your flat 2000k journeys (and hitting cows,sheep general livestock) but for crawling through terrain that you need a actual 4WD, not so much.

And would like to get out again soon. Some sliders wouldnt go astray after that door opening issue, lucky there were a few blokes to do some custom unbending, haha.

How did your spare hold up on the way home? I really need to heatsheild my compressor i think. It got pretty hot. Too hot to touch. Rattlegun empties it almost as fast as tyre inflating too.
