Well I'll let you all know how my order goes. I was quoted around 5 (working) days by TNT courier to get a unit to Sydney - ordered it on BBS's web site on saturday night so I guess the clock is ticking.

daljames, I am sorry you feel you have cause for complaint or criticism about our customer service, we do our best and in fact are very often complimented for it.

My comment on this thread was indicative of the fact that where in the past there was only Mattia attempting to respond to NANOCOM e-mail inquiries, along with dealing with everything else, i already have a team of at least five people to do so. Thus it is extremely unlikely that anyone should get no answer at all. I do not see that as justification for any criticism in this case !!!

All problems that are reported about our MSV-2 system on our forum are duly noted, however, we have a lot of customers and cover a lot of vehicles and systems, so sadly we cannot just drop everything to immediately concentrate on one persons particular problem, which i appreciate may be frustrating to that person.

To my knowledge we are now the sole holders of stock of NANOCOM EVOLUTION units.

Regards future upgrades to the NANOCOM EVOLUTION, the previous owner of NANOCOM, Mattia had indeed indicated that his future plans and hopes involved adding additional coverage, DII Autobox, V8 and SRS, P38 Range Rover and even Disco 3.

I am quite sure that Mattia was most sincere in his future hopes and desires for the NANOCOM, however, the reality is that things have panned out very differently, And while future plans and hopes may not still be quite the same, the overall fact is that the NANOCOM EVOLUTION product has been saved and given a new lease of life thanks to Mattia and BBS reaching this conclusion and collaborating as we have.

Once all the dust settles, we will of course look at upgrade possibilities, which will automatically then much easier to add based on BBS's existing technical knowledge and experience.
