If only the same urgency had been applied to the file save bug that was introduced with the last update nigh on 12 months ago....

It is now but a matter of record that BBS stepped in and saved the Nanocom product from totally dissapearing altogether, which given it's capability and price in the market would have definately been a real loss to all existing and future owners of the models it covers.
Or is it only me that remebers the many posts from folks wanting to buy one but could not.

Many suspected and accused BBS of having less than beneficial motives at the time and we certainly took a lot of flack and Criticisism at that time.

Yet as history shows, at no small expense and without raising it's purchase price at all, we re invented the Nanocom, re developed it, sopported it including all previous owners, resurrected it and debugged the utter bejesus out of it, for which we are still eternally grateful to those members on here who helped us in that process.

I am guilty of many things, but i really do not believe what i have done with the Nanocom to be one of them.

Sure i could have concentrated on the relatively minor problems and bugs that have been discovered with the existing covereage over the last 12 months etc.

But instead I elected to concentrate on developing additional coverage of later CAN BUS vehicles to the Nanocom system, thus securing a future for it and a worth, value and desirability of this system for years to come, be it new or used.

    elsey.
I truly thank you for your order of a Nanocom Evolution for your D4.
I am quite sure that you will enjoy and benefit from owning this.

I can but only promise that the money you have invested with us with this purchase will be wisely spent.

All of which we are thankful and grateful for, I do commend you for expanding it with the CANBUS additions.
My annoyance was with the release of the firmware with the bug this shouldn't really happen in this day and age.
But your staff dealt with it quickly and efficiently and I thank you for that

    Regards

Colin, I am about to order 2 nanocoms, 1 for me and 1 for mattg here on aulro.
I checked freight on your site and for 1 unit it shows $38 but for 2 units it shows up as $83. So it appears to be cheaper to buy the, individually. Is there an error here ?

    Fair comment Duane
In our defence there are a number of mitigating factors, but it would just sound like excuse making.

    Ross:
    There is no error.
1 unit can be shipped by EMS for $38 but 2 units costs more than EMS will insure for, so the $83 price is with DHL which is more expensive.
