We toured Europe in it, and when we entered France, the first thing we had to do was to buy and fit yellow headlight bulbs, as these were required there (not absolutely required for foreign cars, but driving a french car with white headlights would be asking for unwanted attention from the gendarmerie. I wonder when this changed? I don't see yellow headlights in news footage from France these days.

    2. In my childhood, as required by NSW law the first couple of cars we owned had a switch next to the tail light, as required by NSW, so the driver was assured that the light was working. The first car we had with two tail lights (1948 Austin) did not have this, so I guess that having two lights superseded the requirement.

I read somewhere that the rear light switch was a bit of a double edged sword in that it could be switched off if some malcontent was getting away from the cops at night & turned the bugger off if they were going out on the rob.

    Fallacy? No idea.

Here it comes ! Right on time, perfect timing... while we're starting to worry about how 'bad' is climate change... well, THIS pops up.
Note the means of transmission.... Betting on an excuse to have lockdowns, masking, and... drum roll.... a NEW Instant 'Vaccine'.

Monkeypox worries Portuguese health body but transmission risk is low | Reuters

And from the WHO... CFR around 3 to 6%. Check it , in case it is.."Updated".

    Monkeypox

Great fun in googling 'monkeypox treatments... Ranges from 'gets better by itself in twoo weeks' through to list of unpronouncable drug names which may help...

Edit:- Wonder if my 'Smallpox' vaccination will keep me safe. Or give me lesser symptoms, or keep me out of hospital, out of ICU, prevent Death. Or a more serious case of Death....

The NHS, which has more experience with this (?) than our Medicare, doesn't seem to be screechingly worried...Monkeypox

Not sure my body has the spare volume to take another vax & it would be running out of my ears.

Drowning might be the way to go instead.

Its a sure thing 20% +++ each year- come in spinner

"Prosecutors are looking into whether to bring Ponzi fraud charges against CEO Do Kwon of Terraform Labs, sources said Friday, a day after investors sued him over the shocking crash of the firm's two cryptocurrencies. In a crash starting last week, Terraform's two main tokens, TerraUSD and sister coin Luna, had registered more than 99.99 percent falls from their highs, wiping out more than $38 billion of investors' money in a week, according to data by CoinMarketCap.

Financial authorities said about 280,000 investors were believed to be holding about 70 billion Luna coins as of late, although the exact size of the damage remains unknown.

On Thursday, five South Korean investors filed criminal complaints against Kwon and co-founder Daniel Shin on charges of fraud and other financial irregularities, saying their combined damages amount to 1.4 billion won ($1.1 million)
According to the sources, prosecutors in charge of the case are looking into whether they can make a Ponzi scheme case against "Anchor Protocol," under which depositors of TerraUSD are guaranteed a 20 percent annual return."

Cypto billionaires now needing old copper coins only no problem 0.01% might be left perhaps. Never saw this coming

It has been reported from various sources, that this World Lockdown has also seen the greatest transfer of WEALTH (not the same as "money") from the middle to lower classes - small business & employees - to the Uber=Rich... We've lost 37 TRILLION, but they've picked up 38+ Trillion.

And it's not just Bezos, Gates, Musk et al, it included a swag to faceless owners of BlackRock and THEIR owner, Vanguard.

    Sounds fair to me !

Nah, there IS a MonkeyPox 'vaxx' in the wings, not terrible great, but good enough for Tony Fauci to get involved.....

Smallpox vax has been trialled as it's a similar family, efficacy is 65 to 80% (?) and one would hope that's Actual Risk Reduction, not the RELATIVE RR which is all but useless in reality.
Same precautions as flu etc, Get you weight down (hypocrite here) - make yourself less diabetic, get lots of Sun and eat your capsicums.
Then there's Betadine Sore Throat Gargle, salt water nasal misting....
Wash your hands a bit more...

My $86+ Billion dollars arrived today. You can get yours for just $22. don't tell everyone! Seriously 86 billion in those notes might not afford a loaf of bread!

I do suspect BlackRock and the faceless are the reason that billions are moving out of TECH fangs you mentioned to a area I like a lot Adding one of those put 100million in to the sector I like
All's fair in love and war I hear. I am ordering this baby
