I was told today, by my assistant manager, I was being GRUMPY!
I said maybe I was entitled to be GRUMPY.
He said, No your just a GRUMPY ****er!
I can live with that.

Yeah that ****es me off as well. WHY O WHY?? The only solution is to knock the buggers over & they might remember, unless you ****ed their brain in your haste to get out.
I had a Commercial Reversing "beeper" on the D1, no camera, but they still swanned past without a care in the world & I even had the flashers on as well. Some folk deserve to have a short life. Thick as Pig **** I reckon.
You could see it going through their head "Smartarse 4WD driver he/she can wait."
Mind you they still do it with the Mazda CX3 but there is a camera & left & right rear sensors so you do have some warning.
When I give up driving one day I'm going to be a bloody pedestrian & play merry hell.
Knowing my luck I'll pick on a 15' tall Sumo Wrestler & get thumped for my trouble.

Yesterday I picked up my youngest grandchild from school. Waited for school bus to pass before backing out. Fortunately looked in the RH mirror before backing. The bus was stopped and still partly behind me. My main interest was to the left for traffic.

This is a real issue for me.Driving SWMBO's car,it has all the whistles and bells,RTA,BSM,beeps if anything behind, sensors on each corner, front, rear, cameras both ends,Bla,Bla.
And yes it is the first car she hasnt hit something with(so far),usually in a carpark,so they seem to do their job
Anyway, after driving it around for the weekend, thats if i am allowed to drive it,i get in the work van,and it has nothing, just a small reversing camera in the rear view mirror.
So i have to be super carefull, and adapt to the old school way of just looking everywhere, which i dont mind. But still it takes a bit of getting used to.
But when SWMBO gets into the van to go somewhere i am always a bit worried
Another problem I find when parking at the shops is I always park in middle of parking space but we get these inconsiderate people in large SUV's that have to park on the line so it makes it difficult to get back into the car when leaving . We were at local shops this morning in wife's Hyundai I 30 SUV on drivers side was parked over the line & I just managed to squeeze in & one on passengers side backed in & also parked over the line making it impossible for wife who uses a Wheelie Walker to get in . Had to take her back to the entrance & bring the car to her , these SUV also make it hard to see when backing out due to the fact you have to get 3/4 out before you can see what is coming. We don't have a disable parking permit & if we did it would be a waste of time , there is no brake in the kerb & you have to walk through the car park road way & over 3 speed bumps to get to the footpath plus the bays are always full of able body drivers going to the Liquor Store which is in front of the disable parking . Very poorly designed car park.
A solution, perhaps?
