I always thought it was a 4-way Give-way. I love it when the lights are out in Perth. Drivers are actually more courteous, more careful and the traffic flows better. Haven't seen it for a prolonged period though.

    Little Dog syndrome?

10km recovery Run with our pup yesterday. Just before home is a off lead area. My dog was still on lead. A "little" dog rushed up at her barking aggressively. After a bit I shouted STOP at it. It stopped barking as was just fine then. The dogs owner who took a few minutes to get to where I was suggested his dog was just fine doing what it does as a Dog?

He didn't like my thought he should train his dog to behave He was that grumpy rather than just saying sorry re his dogs behavior

I took a photo and followed at a distance and took his rego. Do I make the complaint and push it

Probably not but just maybe if that little toy dog does that again

Was clearing a bit of Blackberry on Thurs. Next door's Kelpie started going bananas at my near presence. "Oi sez me, "****ing pack it in will you?"

Silence, & never heard a squeak out of it all day.

Must try that on 'er indoors when she goes off on one.

Maybe we should start a club?

So one of the boys got his pic taken for holding a mobile phone......

Seems it took 7 weeks from when the pic was taken for the picture to arrive in the letterbox, and as it was a company owned vehicle,a please pay for $5K,until the culprit signs a stat dec, bla, bla, then its a little over $1K.

    But 7 weeks?
    Surely thats not acceptable?

    Anyway,my rant for the day.

    CRIPES, seems a bit long.

A few years ago I got a Fine in the post from Vicpol. (Supposedly speeding in a limit area or something but it was yonks back)

    WTF!

RAA said ask for a photo?

I did, also asking re colour, make of vehicle, where offence was supposedly committed a few other details.

Reply came back, full of apologies but they never did give any details. Marvelous what they "find" when they are made to look at it again rather than think of a number & multiply it by 10 etc & hope some sucker falls for it.

As it happened I hadn't been that route for aprox. 60 years (out Stawell way, & maybe I was the Gift"?

Well,no hope getting off this one its a good clear pic, anyway, some have to learn the hard way.

SWMBO once got a ticket in a Disco 2 for dropping someone off in a no stopping zone in the city.
Anyway, ticket came in the mail saying Range Rover.

She says i am going to get onto them,i said you have no hope.
    Anyway,they cancelled the ticket.

Another time she was followed home by a copper, didnt have her seat belt on,was in the old HZ wagon. This was a while ago....

Anyway, she got the belt on,and stayed in the car, parked in the driveway.I was at home and came out to see what was going on,but said nothing.
She said to the Copper it was definitely on,you must have seen a reflection or something and he let her off.

I never have any such luck....

50km ride and just one grump I did think the two gents on electric bikes who gave up at about 10km due to low charge rather funny. I was over taking them on every flat or down hill bit and they getting me on the hills. Why why why do people think it a got idea to change course and jump out to the right as you over take them?

Not one but at least ten. A Ding and Hello- I am overtaking you on your RIGHT makes no difference.

I suppose you really need a Klaxon connected to a Loud Hailer
. but 1st they have to calculate which is their Left or Right side & with some that could be a challenge.

I suppose some would just jump vertically & then where would you be when a 150kg bloke descends out of the clouds & lands on your shoulders & his pants covered in ****...

There was an "amnesty" during the initial installation/roll out of the phone/seatbelt cameras following a test period. I can't remember on what date that ended whether it was early this year or late last year, but if you can find out and the alleged offence was prior to the "go live" date you may be able to have it rescinded. Seven weeks is a long time.
