It has, but how it is applied is the problem.

The AMA does not endorse PM’s announcement that under 40’s can get AstraZeneca.

It sounds like the AMA was not even consulted by the PM !!!!!!

Rang Qld Health today and got an appointment to get my first Phizer jab this Sat within a reasonable drive of my workplace so it seems that people can get the jab fairly quickly if they want (and Astra even quicker). Cheers

Edit....All good, post link above said payment to cover longer consultation

But why do they need a longer Consult? I thought the standard Short Consult would have taken care of a vax session.

Only takes 4 min if that, without the hilarity & conversations.

In. Sit. Up sleeve. Nurse does the business not the GP, which is probably only 10 secs. Sleeve down. on your bike. See yer Doc. NEXT.

It is only the "Patient" who needs to wait for a 1/4 hour safety margin in a separate waiting area & the staff are not holding your hand. So why? Not even a cuppa of your Finest Bushells.

I thought you must have had to undress as well for a bit more of a general examination.

Why else would a nurse say 'It's just a little *****' or the male nurse say 'You'll feel a little *****'?

You are going to have to work harder Mr Bee.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Not necessary/required to verify Weapon Calibre.

There'd be a separate # for that anyway DL.

The longest part for us was the questionarre filled out on line. Didn't see a GP, as the jab was done at the Brighton Medical Centre, Sandgate elected not to do it. Just had a printed out medical record from my GP to present to the nurse , had no chronic conditions on it, she handed it back and jabbed me.
