Fingers crossed for them all, indeed.Daughter and partner as well as 9 month old grandson had to be tested today as one of them had to get essentials from Woolies across the road. Then later found out some infected individual had also been shopping at the same location (in Sutherland Shire).
Awaiting results with fingers crossed.

SupporterThe ACT just celebrated 365 days of no community COVID transmission and we have had to lowest lockdown period of any jurisdiction since Covid began, yet access to just about all jurisdictions except NZ is restricted in some way - cannot go to Vic without isolating until a negative Covid test, I think the SA border is closed yet we can go to NZ.
The supposed argument that people can travel via the ACT to other jurisdictions has not been shown to be the case and just highlights lax checking of arrivals in other jurisdictions.
The owner of Canberra airport was suggesting that he ban all flights from SA in retaliation to the nonsense SA closure but common sense prevailed on the part of the Canberra airport.
The Nanny states really need to get a sense perspective - for sure block the hot zones but when there has been no Covid for 1 year it is ridiculous.
