Sorry if it was this Black Duck Ian. Hate making work for you helpful and appreciated Mods. Back to the real issue with Covid- Take care and have as much fun and relaxation as possible. Boat is loaded. Disco is fueled. Count down is on for Xmas Chemo express run not being 'express' as it's a Full Load

Mario would cry or beat me up if he saw all the dust on my boat!

Packing several instant covid tests. Once I pass twice, I am getting a cuddle with several VIPs one of whom is just a few weeks old now who I have kept myself away from. I got the Mrs Chemo a covid booster at one chemist and dad one at another Chemist after begging lots

You might note I seem to beg more than a bit for Covid Vaccines supplies for Schools VCE, School Kids and everyone to be honest

Happily supplies are now easy IF the RULZ are not flip flopped about such as over the last two weeks

So that was Xmas????? Will the disco move?

Listen you! Just because you own the place doesn't mean you can just swan in here throwing actual facts around willy nilly trying to derail a specious argument.

A number of posters James, but we're not going to individually name anyone. Should the posting habits not change, and some names disappear, you can put two and two together.
Posting of links is not banned, but the posting of links without proper discussion, leaves AULRO open to claims of copyright infringement. Naked links, or an introduction of "what do you think?" are not a defense. Discussion and rebuttal of an article can be claimed as "fair use".
This and the original warning are not "according to Ian", the issue was discussed in the Mods' Pen, taking into account legal advice and the opinions of people with more knowledge of such things, than the average bush lawyer.

The coppers were good blokes, they watched us then gave us a lift back to the wharf. [ in the paddy wagon] Broome was the only place on that coast that had a decent air conditioning /fridge man. He earned more than a few beers off us. We also had a deal with one of the local butchers. We'd order bulk Kimberley meat, have it delivered by Blue Orchard Air to Darwin RAAF base, NOK would pick it up. AHHHH, they were the days.

May as well hijack it properly, being an old fisherman, what do you think of the Border Force burning the indon. fishing boats out on Rowley Shoals? I know you'd probably burn them all, but burning boats without first going to court amounts to piracy. At least we towed them in to Darwin, and burned them after the court case. We done it proper, gave the guilty bastards their day in court.
Personally I would burn the boats with the crew still on board, So they are lucky that I am not running the show

Like I said Anna "caved In".
WA has faced a few "High Court" callenges over it's approach to COV19 and has stood its ground with a result of Zero community COV19 transmissions at the moment and everyone in WA living a normal life.

So who do we listen to?, The high court or science??

WA has listened to the science and that State is in a much better position both financially and health wise than VIC or NSW has ever been since this outbreak.

As far as I am aware NONE of our high court judges are medical experts So what qualifes them to make decisions that will eventually affect every Australians health???

"Like you said" does not a fact make. Facts and figures have changed since WA was in the court.

So exactly which facts and figures have changed since WA was in the court Ian?

Does WA have ANY community transmissions and people in ICU due to COV19 Now?
Has all of a sudden WA not have billions of extra dollars in the bank?
Has WA suddunly opened its borders to one and all?

The FACTS are that WA has done pretty well compaired to the other States over the last year or so of this COV19 problem despite the adverse manipulation of the courts

These are Absolute "Facts" Old Mate and whatever you or I say won't change that

What about the vax rates? They're changing daily.
Judges don't need to be medical experts, they only have to decide which expert is the most expert.
