As soon as the Feds pass a law banning States closing their borders related to a specific circumstance then Fed law overrides State Law - the Constitution allows States to make emergency laws but the Constitution it is not specific on all circumstances - as soon as a Fed law is in place the State law is kaput.

The recent High Court case was not on border closures but on other sort of related aspects but not directly on the topic.

As said things have changed .

YES vax rates are changing in an upward curve, Which is a Good thing
Indeed Judges are Not medical experts So they have Zero qualifications to decide which expert is the most expert.

No they are not medical experts but they are experts on the law and determine the credibility of the evidence and information presented to them by the experts as it applies to the Law.

No............... they have to decide if the law is being adhered to in border closure cases.

Has all of a sudden WA not have billions of extra dollars in the bank?
Has WA suddunly opened its borders to one and all?

The FACTS are that WA has done pretty well compaired to the other States over the last year or so of this COV19 problem despite the adverse manipulation of the courts

These are Absolute "Facts" Old Mate and whatever you or I say won't change that
    No

They’re figures. Not driven by facts at all.
    Totally unconnected / related.

Extra $$$ - Mining royalties from a boom early in the pandemic

Court challenge? The government of WA controls
Both upper and lower so no challenge. It also dictated new laws under assumed power and this has prevented challenge. Other states have not taken such approach.

If it hadn’t been for mining Golum would have sent the state broke with his hard line stance.

His archaic stance to other things isn’t good either.

Just heard.... Israeli govt spokesman rabbiting on about ultimately needing SEVEN jabs / boosters.
Australia apparantly has sufficient on hand / on order to do the same.

Reckon we're not being told something ?

Speaking of hidden gems, anyone heard what it going to replace our "gold standard, PCR" ? (Dec. 31) - Seems it quietly turned to lead..., back in July.

Lab Alert: Changes to CDC RT-PCR for SARS-CoV-2 Testing

EDIT: - Apologies to a Certain Gentleman who's name I inadverdantly used above.... Just spotted the faux pas.... Now corrected.

Remember being told that pericarditis / myocarditis is extremely rare side effect of the jabs ?

Well, there's a new Medicare number for getting an MRI. - to assist in diagnosing a "rare" condition.
MBS online - Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for myocarditis associated with mRNA COVID-19 vaccination

Curious as to why it's only valid for 6 months., or am I reading that incorrectly. ?

The way I read it, it just means that a person possibly with the rare side effect, where other testing is inconclusive, can have access to an MRI to aid diagnosis at government expense.

Can only be used once for that patient for that diagnosis use to stop it being used for multiple MRI's on that person for other reasons. (rorting)

    That is all. DL

Also known as a simple KPI.

When someone isn’t feeling well and has had a Covid jab it would be easy to test and log to this KPI.

Then results tie in for recording purposes.
