A mate I worked with had a top of the range one of those. We were using a GIS program on it out in the field.

Often when the program was opened the thing would **** itself, then take 5 full minutes to reboot.

He runs all mac stuff now.

Yeah, my ASUS laptop does what it is required to do but no more than that. I think some marketing/product slogans need some second thoughts and this is one of them...

First off, THANK YOU EVERYONE for your concern.

I'm ok, just a little shaken up, but I'll be ok. For those of you who don't know what happened, | was robbed yesterday morning at the petrol station.

I gathered myself together, my hands were still shaking, I was dizzy and I honestly think I was in shock. My money was gone. I called the police, they were fantastic and called for medical assistance as my blood pressure was through the roof.

The police asked me if I knew who did it, and I told them "Yes, it was pump number 4 !!!!!!!!

I hope it wasn't while filling a truck, filling a car is bad enough, but the money lost in the case of a truck would rise to the level of a heinous crime.
