You know you want to do it.

Only $240 for a Cosworth RS500 intercooler (plus then hoses/piping/clamps and some minor cutting to make fit).

Should complement the remap nicely. What happened to your D3/D4 today?

Personally I am just curious to find out how easy it is to do. Not sure if the cooling set up is the same as the UK.

I’m also adding a 2nd UHF, power coating the bar work again, upgrading my aux wiring install and adding a few additional components like additional USB charge points etc

And need to make a start on my Double Din install whilst I’m messing around.

Surely I'm not the only person who noticed you have a lawn mower and no grass?

Yes but to be fair he did attack the rear (and maybe elsewhere) with a motorised bucket whilst in lockdown! And it may not have rained since then

That I did What happened to your D3/D4 today?

Keeping the lower section of the yard “dead” at the moment whilst renovations are carried out.

That mower is no longer there - gone to the recyclers.

Had a look - good Cossy ICs are £350-550 so not much different to a drop in Allisport unit.

By the time I messed around, brackets etc. it’s not worth the hassle (I made my own intercoolers for my TD5s and ended up selling a heap of units).

just fitted these little suckers. From 35psi to 18psi in 5 seconds “Apex precision valve”
The only thing I dislike about four wheel driving is airing down using one of those bloody valve removal jobbies... problem solved.

Interesting......do they auto close at 18psi? I.e are they set to 18? Or do you still need to use a gauge??

I’m very happy with my staun tyre deflator.....not as quick but way better than the other system that are flooding the market.

You use a gauge, but it shows the psi in real time, as it deflates. I have tried the staun deflators, but I found they weren’t always accurate.

Same. I prefer the valve removers (much faster) having owned both, but these look super cool!
