Super ModeratorI didn’t, it’s connected to the GVIF so I can display it on the original Nav screen. I have a button hidden under the HVAC controls that cycles through the original Nav, CarPlay and Van cam. I have an output from the GVIF that hooks into the RSE AV2 input so the reversing camera and van cam can be displayed on the rear seat screens to keep the kids quiet too.
If I had used the extra monitor, I would have put it on the dash to the left of the binnacle by Velcroing it to the dash mat. It sits there and doesn’t obscure any sight lines through the windscreen. I did a few trial fits before I went the built-in route. Never got a neat cable route figured out other than under the dash mat though.

I think the organisers said that entrants were down. Maybe 60? What I did notice was the amount of D3/4’s. Previous years there were only 1 or 2 D4’s and lots of D1/2’s. This year it was reversed. A few new people, I talked a friend in to going. He & his family fun and he’s talking about bringing more people next year.
I do have a friend (you know who you are!) who didn’t come this year... I’ll have to work on him for next year.
The tag a longs were good - but there were heaps of them. We did a new one to Catninga Station. It was quite good. We were led by the Land owner who gave lots of local knowledge on history and facts.
Didn’t get any LR show pics, but here’s a some from Catninga.

"Land Rover - making mechanics out of everyday motorists for nearly 70 years"
I took a collection of friends in LRs for some dune time. Some their first off-road. The FFRR was amazing and both that and the D5 on 21” went no problem at 20psi.

Started reassembly of the Bullbar now it’s back.
Was originally just Black, with the contrast theme and a significant blackout of the vehicle, I decided to go body colour for it this time to break it up.

All friends and friends of friends holidaying at Kalbarri taking a day trip to Lucky Bay. First time off-road for 3 of the LRs. I set them up with tyres and DSC off and none had a problem all day.
The FFRR and D5 worried me with 21” but at 20psi did it easy. I drove the FF in and it was awesome with V8 and 8 speed grunt to the moon and very little wheel slip. Don’t know if TR is better but it was easy as pie.

Looks pretty firm too
