Then having screwed the mudflap in place using the other hole, I can drill at the marked crosshairs. Quick, accurate, no stress.
Your an ideas man! Love it.

A great idea, although in the time to set up - a dab of paint or grease, tap against original bolt, remove and drill will be done in 1/4 of the time.

I do like the use of toys though What happened to your D3/D4 today?

BlackVue 750x plus 2 channel installed by me today. Battery sourced through fuse 41 with acc sourced through 52 - cig lighter.

Cloud connected so when the car gets home it joins the wifi. Setting up download script to pull all the files to my NAS per day

    Replaced Xenon headlight bulbs

Blew a Xenon headlight bulb on the weekend. Replaced them today with Stedi D3S. A surprisingly easy job to pop out the headlights and replace the bulbs.

Slightly cooler colour temperature but seems good to me. Haven't been out with them much yet.
Everything is easy when someone else is doing it

Yesterday's (Friday's) news of a service including new upper front & rear control arms and a few other things in preparation for a trip along the Tanami in late June.

The AMK compressor has not missed a beat in the 6.5 years and 117,00km we have had it but in considering the said Tanami trip we are going to have it serviced, once the repair kit arrives...

Found the problem, the relays were both still earthed even when switched off.
Changed the orientation and all good now.
