I too hate a low speed squeal, I pulled out my TRW pads to read the part numbers and they are the standard pads not the DTEC ceremic ones recommend to me on here. So I ordered a set yesterday. Hoping to get rid of that noise. Brake dust doesn't bother me. But the standard TRW pads definitely are dusty.

I had to buy from the UK to get ceramic. I couldn’t find a local supplier I trusted to send me the correct product.

I put a set of Repco pads in my D3 recently and they are great. They have an extra anti noise coating and the pads stop great. I removed a set of Aussie made 4wd pads that wouldn't pull the car up fast enough.

Updated the firmware on the IIDTool today which was long over due. I do like the height control functionality.

Programmed the buttons at minus 20, plus 20 and plus 40 for now. Already have the GOE rods fitted but this is so much easier and quicker.

Quick run to Woolies for a battery for the water level meter on the camper trailer because we're going camping next weekend.

What happened to your D3/D4 today?

Someone decided they wanted to try and have a look inside.

They had already ransacked several vehicles in the area.
My Alexa unit is linked to my Cameras and notified me there was someone skulking about. Went out and was confronted by 4 individuals who were now across the road and had broken into the neighbours vehicle.

Chased them down, now all in lock up.

    Well done.

But no doubt they will be out today and back at it in a day or two.
