Put some finishing touches on the battery box modifications on the 110 today. I "squared" of the 45 degree section on the outside to allow two large 770cca battery's to sit happily. I also welded up every single hole in the box and sealed every gap to make it water tight - there are a few!

Also finally gave into the fact that the T seals are leaky and require changing - not looking forward to doing that so it can wait. It's the only leak left on the vehicle now so I'm not too concerned.

The list is slowly shrinking now. Hopefully this weekend I can get the diff back in (sans locker), the replacement turbo on, all the new wiring in and then we might see about doing the passenger door lock...

I fitted my D2A CDL Lever kit..

Corrected all the problems under the console and vacuumed all the crud under the console.

    Fixed the CDL switch.

    A good day really..

    Today I fitted a Traxide D4-5U kit.

    Excellent kit with excellent instructions.
I think I will upgrade the switch/LED box at some point.

Can anyone point me to examples of this being done?

I picked up my D4 from Artarmon ARB after having my Bull-bar and Warn Magnum 10000lb winch fitted all in time for this weekends trip to Glow worm Tunnel and surrounding tracks.

Last weekend I fitted my GME TX3520WS which fits perfectly under the centre console with the display firmly stuck to the ashtray hiding the OCD traction control display . I still have full easy access to the button to change traction options.

With the remote microphone and steering wheel PTT module in place the passenger has full use of the hand held mic control.
