Angus, should actually be 55 to 65Kg/Hr at idle, (Ensure engine is at operating temp etc and climate control OFF) and under load Td5 can be up to 650kg/hr.

300kg/hr is more like the V8. The V8 also runs at about 26 to 36 at idle.

Oh right. I tested mine and it peaked in the high 3 hundreds under load. Would this mean that it is defective?

    yup.

I have replaced a few like that with readings around 300 to 400. They specifically just feel flat, and won't seem to rev/ pull above 3500rpm easily.

Had mine replaced recently, fuel economy was fine, but if you got the revs over 3000,the engine would surge, causing the auto to shift up& down gears quickly. This would generally only happen at over 80ks.

    New MAF fixed it

Angus, I'm pretty certain I haven't sold one for more than $400 if that helps, and I only use genuine/ seimens ones.
