Uhhh, what? What machine? What connection? Drain oil, remove pan, replace filter, replace gasket, replace pan, replace oil. No machine needed What happened to your Discovery 2 today?

Dry retch at smell of burnt ATF. Misplace magnet on bullbar. Have ATF run down your arm onto your shirt. Dropping ratchet onto face.

    Magnet on bull bar?

Don’t forget accidentally overfilling auto because filler hose blocked filler hole, then removing hose & draining a litre or 2 on your face! Quite hard to get atf out of your eyes!

And just as you finish you hear the wife..... ‘Have you finished yet! You have been working on that car all afternoon. I should not have let you buy a Land Rover. Hope you don’t smell like oil and diesel at dinner tonight.... ‘

But now the Disco runs smooth, that nagging little noise is gone or the anxious feeling in the back of your mind about something you should fix before it fails is gone.... and your beer tastes better.

This is what I haven't done today....

The flash rotors must want to stay in the box, I've left my socket set and breaker bar in a plant room somewhere.....
