Wives , on the other hand are like the slaves who rode with Caesar, thru the streets to the Temple of Jupiter, on the Capitoline hill , to offer sacrifice to the Temple, after coming home triumphant from battle. The slaves would whisper in Caesar's ear "Remember you are mortal " However I recommend you do not treat SWMBO as a slave.

You omitted a cynical bastard, bob.
I googled Manuka Honey & there are questions & answers about this.

Re Slave. No I really don't but some days it seems the other way around.

Please don't call me honey on here, save that for friday nights after work.

    I forgot to mention delusional.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Hey, got the jab, no problems , just very tired ATM. SWMBO says nothing is different. They even booked me in for a second jab in three months time. Fingers crossed, she said. Just joking [ I think.]

I thought NZ had the Trade mark for Manuka, but they don't, yet.

Quite an interesting read on the way that we are viewing the risk associated with the AZ vaccine and the sense of security that having no local cases brings to us, posing greater questions about if we can ever open our borders if we don't accept some risk....

There is never zero risk, so why do we treat COVID-19 so differently?

    Regards,

Thats good, I'm glad I am not the only Guinea pig here that may die of this noo fangled Science. We could try & get two for the price of one if you are interested in saving a few bob bob. Funeral Directors that is.

Now you just gotta work out when you can work in your Flu vax. around C19 jabs. Decisions get harder the older we get you know.

Probably about the only thing that does.

Have a look around the World, at countries that either opened up too early, or relaxed restrictions too early. Or , didn't lock down soon enough. The only time to open borders is when we have been vaccinated. It's a no brainer.

Alas, got some bad news,,,, Boris the Dishevelled does not agree with you..... https://twitter.com/i/status/1381922550154981377

https://twitter.com/johnestevens/sta...22550154981377 EDIT:- If you can open that page... see the other views of Boris and his popularity, Twitter can be a fun FUN place at times ! Worthy of a bag of popcorn, and beverage. Just don't take it seriously, - sarcasm and the odd 'ad hominem' tweets.

Hopefully one of those will take you there....

Any Body-Language experts in our midst ? - Someone looking over my shoulder commented that Boris smiles strangely when he mentions Lockdown, as though he's got a special Secret. He's a Politician, so he's bound to be deviously hiding stuff.

Another oddity, he/UK government is pushing the 'vaccines' for everyone as being the only way forward, yet he denigrates the value of the 'Vaccine'. Hardly consistent IMHO. Those over there who suggest he wants to keep locking down.... may be on to something.
