As for hoses, given it took me nearly 4 hours to put a passenger side EGR cooler outlet hose on, I'm not one to really comment. Only that I reckon it would have been quicker to drop the entire passenger side suspension, turbo and diff.

When it’s really hot outside tape it to the light and see if it forms a little.
Curious, how hard would it be to paint the existing grill? What products would I have to use to do it properly?
