New front upper arms installed but the old ones were in pretty good shape for 312k km - though probably hardened. The knocking I was experiencing was from the anti-roll bar mounting bolts into the chassis having loosened. I put an extension bars worth of torque onto them this time but I might replace them if it does it again.

That is very timely feedback, I have a bit of knocking as such over rough terrain, however over speed humps, braking and most other blacktop stuff. No noise at all. Will definitely check out the anti roll bar bolts.
Ps I have 145k on my charriot.

    Regards

I thought about them but they were more expensive so I just went with the OPAT2

Will do. They are quieter than the Falkens I had on when new and there is also less "vibration" felt probably due to a different tread pattern. We'll see how they go after a month in the Kimberley in June.

What happened to your D3/D4 today?

    This kit is sitting waiting

As well as a loom from Cambo at Old Jaguar.

Then the reverse camera, replace the 3rd brake light, wire replacement LEDs in the rear tailgate.

Also need to finish fitting the USB sockets up front, make the base board for the fridge (currently just sitting on the floor)

Then install the ARB Linx kit.

    Rear Camera went on holiday

Had a fair bit of precipitation in Sthn Tassy over the weekend and I had to drive very slowly through a section of water over the road which was around 200mm deep. Went thru at around 15kph.

Parked the car about 20 mins later and the rear camera definitely worked, however upon re-starting I got a warning on the screen saying it was u/s. Also noted the proximity sensors were not working.

Next day all is fine and working properly; I guess some water got into a prox. sensor and caused the hissy fit to the system.
All working fine again today, back to normal.

No money to be spent..... these Discos are just sooo good they fix themselves!
    Gee these are great cars!
