Fitted the UN12-20 LED light to the cargo area of the 110 Defender.

It has made a huge difference so am now going to put one in the front of the cabin.

Heaps of uses. Links for photos and specs below.

Saturday, Ratel10mm and I rewired his dash (what were the last owners thinking) repaired the washer switch, fitted a new washer bottle and pump, replaced the headlights and globes, traced all the extra wiring in the dash and repaired a lot, got the interior light working (well 1 of 2, the 2nd one fell to pieces), replaced a faulty glow plug and a couple of other things I probably forgot due to dementia. Did I mention that we did a lot of work on Matt's car on Saturday??. Sunday I repainted and fitted the under side plate to the passenger side guard and fitted a retaining plate to the middle seat and then said "STUFF IT! I'm going for a ride on the bike", 400km later, and lunch with SWMBO at a nice little country pub, the heads all clear again!

Fitted Terrafirma wide wheel arches to cover the 295x75s I've had on for 4 years. Not real happy very hard to get smooth profile where they screw onto the body.

On Sat 10th fitted the Barrett HF & autotune with Bushies help. Still have to try it out, but it does make noises.

Monday 12th, fitted newly purchased Rhino platform rack in front of roof tent. Looks flash too.

The secret to fitting these flares is to make small spacers to fit between the flares and the body, and run the screws through the spacers, that way you don't end up pulling the screws through the plastic.Don''t ask how I know

Is that the new wireless one? Be interested in your feedback once you've had a chance to test it out properly. I'm in the market for one, have had a 2050 before which went with a previous vehicle, but interested in the wireless setup.

I wish. Dont have the wherewithall for something that flash.

It's a refurbished 550, so still a bit old school, but will do me perfectly.

Finally got the doors off.. the screws were total basteds, had to belt the crappy out of them with an impact driver.

Other than that I'm just dismantling and documenting everything so I can replace the firewall.
