Found one of the nuts on top of the manifold and remember picking a nut up about three weeks ago on the garage floor!!! 
Put them back on torqued them up and I'll keep an eye on them over the next few weeks. Top one had a recoil threaded in so not 100% it'll hold??

 
	 
 Ahh, the famous TD5 warped manifold trick. Hate to say it, but it probably won't last. Lots of stuff on here about it. I'd pull it, replace all the studs, with M10 at each end at least, machine the face of the manifold and get it ceramic coated. Sounds like a lot, I know, but it's better than trying to drill out a broken stud. Ask me how I know 
 
Unless you plan on pulling the head off any time soon, you'd be well advised to read the various threads on here and act soon.
