Discovered water leaking out of the hole on the side of the td5 water pump housing. A new water pump & coolant & we're happy again.

While at the mechanic forked out a huge $10 to change the brake fluid. Not sure how old it was but it reeked & was murky. Not sure but I think I saw a crocodile making its home in the swampy reservoir!

There are two clips at the windscreen side and two screws that can be accessed after lowering the steering wheel.
The clip holes on the binnacle and the screw holes can be fixed like this

    Instrument binnacle repair tip

    An excellent tutorial from Roverlord.

    I've fixed mine following this.
Better than $450.00 odd for a new one

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.

Drove through a fierce downpour at freeway speeds. This vehicle on BFG muddies does water like a duck. Loves it.

Hmm, what make/model/size were you using prior, young Muppet ?

It'll be interesting to get your thoughts on the new rubber as time progresses.

Pirelli Scorpion ATR in 245/70/16. They were great tyres, never had a puncture, and got near on 70k out of them before an incident last week where I had ABS save me from rear ending someone in the rain, so I decided it was time for some fresh rubber
