not to denigrate the great work you guys are doing, but something about the front hoop on the tray being black and the horizontals and rear hoop being white just doesn't look right... either all black or all white I say

yeah I know a bit like the non-matching mirrors from earlier in the thread

The tray, roofracks, scrub-bars, rear flairs etc have not been painted yet. The tray has only been done in POR15. They will all be white at the end.

    Today:

    Primer - hi-filled the snorkel

Installed the lower door rubbers - these are attached to the inside of the rock sliders. The pic below shows the door rubber with the small rivets holding the rubber to an alunimium plate and the larger rivets attaching the plate to the sliders.

lower door seal completed. The above pic is of the rear door seal, this one is the front. I have a similar set up on our Defender and they seal well.

    Installed the guard tops

More work on the rear tray cover

    Looking great guys

However looking at the last photo i'm very surprised that you haven't fitted rear LED's to the tail lights would be way more durable then a bulb in those conditions up there
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......

The LEDs aren't connected yet as the tray has to come off again. We are driving the 130 around with the original lights temporarily hooked up. These will disappear soon.

Having said that, the globes in the round lights are actually LEDs

    Thanks for the comment

$64 a litre is a good price. Wish I could get it locally for that. Our nearest supplier charges just over $80 a litre.

We are considering shortening the panard rod by about 20mm or so (actually making a new one - possible adjustable) as the front right wheel is about 25mm further out than the front left. Does anyone have any thoughts on this.
