Made myself some cranked+braced trailing arms for the disco today.
Had some spare trailing arms floating around in the shed so I bent them 100mm away from where they meet the chassis so they clear the outrigger on the correct angle so they leave the chassis horizontal and meet the diff in the correct location while sitting on level ground(I don't own a pipe bender but the press did a pretty good job). I then made a stencil for the 5mm plate bracing 250mm long. cut, welded, painted. pretty happy with them.
revision 2 will be sleeved and braced the whole way but these will do for now.

), replaced some interior lights with LED bulbs, a broken grab handle with a new one, the side indicators with clear ones and measured the cables for the rear camera before I ran out of strength.
