Hey, man the stress of moving is enough for anybody, my wife stresses out rrreeeaaalll bad when we have to move, I don't like it either. Your posts are up and down as far as your mental attitude is concerned but I have noticed a very gradual improvement in you attitude. that is rreeeaaallly good 'ol mate. Now consider this, you and Karen are under real stress at the moment and your posts still have an upbeat sound to them so that is good. Keep going. Do not consider being a Moderator, it will only put additional stress on you that you don't need at the moment. that is my opinion for what it is worth. Mate, keep going and we are only too happy to support you on the Forum!!:) Also I am only two suburbs away and if you need to talk to somebody who has also been through life's bad moments, I am only too happy to talk!!:) As I said once before, if you stand on a street corner and observe people walking past, everybody has a story to tell!!:)
Cheers mate and keep going, you are doing well!!!:)

Hey Jason,
I was over at Maitland Tip a week or so ago with a trailer load of junk ($27 to go to Maito Tip - absolute joke!! But don't get me started on that)... Point is, I saw something rather amusing whilst there, that could always be another option!...
Bunnings have free trailers for customers to take goods home in, apparently they are used to take peoples rubbish to the tip in too!! :p So you could always accidentally borrow a nice sturdy bunnings trailer to cart some of your stuff in to the new house! :D

In my posts I will be looking at some mind matters.
Back in 1973 I met a girl who told me she was named Wendy, and I decided that Wendy was the one I wanted to marry, though we both ended up marrying someone else later.
A few years back, while waiting for my son to finish TAFE, in the TAFE library I did read some books describing the psychological makeup of ACoAs people [Adult Children of Alcoholics, sometimes in some books ACoAs is abbreviated to ACA.]
The first of these 2 books written on the psychology of ACoAs people was by Wayne Kritsberg, the second one by Dr. Stephanie Brown. Much later I read more about the psychology of ACoAs people in a few other books on the Internet. I did not ever see these patterns of Wendy’s ACoAs psychological thinking before then, but thought I would share some of this on this thread.
But before I do, I will tell you a bit about myself & Wendy.
I had a very real phobia about rejection having never asked a girl out on a date due to fear of rejection. On the Wednesday in March 1971, when I first saw Wendy, I thought she was one of the prettiest women in the world. Being a member of an outdoor club, that did caving, abseiling, canoeing, skiing, rock-climbing, bushwalking, etc., that Wendy came along to, the next weekend I went on a trip to Bungonia Caves, and found that Wendy, who came on that Bungonia trip did not have her tent with her, so I told her I had room in my tent which is how we got together back then, without ever asking Wendy out on a date.
Now once in my tent I asked 20 year old Wendy whether she was a virgin, and she replied “I have never even kissed a man,” so I kissed her. I thought that Wendy was so attractive that she must have had lots of boyfriends before we met, so absolutely could not understand Wendy saying “I have never even kissed a man.”
Near the time of her 21st Birthday, Wendy checked her letterbox while I was at her place, and received a parcel and threw it in the rubbish bin unopened saying “I know who this is from and I do not want it.” I thought “maybe from an ex-boyfriend,” but knew she hated her dad who she described as “a drunken bum,” so knew it probably would have come from her dad instead.
I thought that Wendy was a very normal fun loving girl, but her dad had been an alcoholic, and she hated her dad. She got very moody at times, and once when I asked her why Wendy explained it by saying “it is that time of the month.” But being uncertain, and clearly knowing something was wrong with the girl that I loved, back not long after I had met her I had asked Wendy if her dad had sexually abused her, to which Wendy replied “No, nothing like that!”
However it is extremely probable that Wendy had been raped by Ivan Milat when she was 18, the Ivan Milat later convicted of the later back-packer murders. As I said, after I asked if she was a virgin Wendy had told me that she had never kissed a man, but may never have kissed the man who had raped her, so Wendy could have told the Truth about never being kissed, but while hiding some of her terrible past from me.
I have done a real lot of hitchhiking and been picked up while hitchhiking down to Perisher to go skiing. something I regularly did between the winter of 1975 & the winter 1978 while doing my Pathology course in Sydney. I had worked down Perisher/Smiggins for most of the season in 1972 & 1974, and was hanging around with Wendy in 1973, not skiing in 1973, and so was again studying between 1975 & 1978 determined to finish my Pathology Course. But still wanted to ski so hitched down most weekends during the winter, camping in a tent to makre skiing cheap, and worked there during the holidays from study in 1978, plus for several weeks one winter between 1975-1977.
While hitching down to Perisher/Smiggins with my skis, I was picked up by a very untidy obese man in a white two or three ton tray back truck, who definitely was NOT Ivan Milat. Ivan Milat was a fit, muscular, & a known neat freak while this truck driver was an extremely untidy obese man! I was let out of this truck that had a chainsaw in the tray back, where my backpack and skis were put, let out at a turn off near the forest where the backpacker murders later happened, at that time believing I had just escaped with my life because that truck driver scared me so very much. I have done a real lot of hitching and have had a few scary experiences but never been so terrified like that particular time, before or since that time, though he did not say anything that I remember that was threatening. I have never before or since been so relieved to get away from a lift when hitchhiking.
In 2000 or 2001 I saw a man being interviewed on TV about Ivan Milat & the Backpacker murders, a man who very strongly reminded me of that particular truck driver who had scared me so much, and had dropped me near that forrest where the backpaker bodies were found, though I could not swear in court that it was the same man. On TV this man blamed Ivan Milat for these murders, a man who could have set up Ivan Milat, a man who absolutely hated Ivan Milat. So for the very first time I started to read library books on these backpacker murders, wondering if it was actually that truck driver who terrified me who had done those murders, Ivan Milat always claiming that he had been set up.
And when I read in these books of a girl named Margaret who Ivan Milat had raped on Good Friday, 1971, I realised that I was reading about my ex-girlfriend Wendy, the one I had once wanted to marry. I have no reason to like Ivan Milat, and he had gotten away with armed robbery, and rape of Margaret/Wendy, but I do wonder if he is innocent of those backpacker Murders, and was set up by this man who hated Ivan so much, who so strongly reminded me of this truck driver who left me terrified.
I will not go into much published evidence that could show that Ivan Milat is innocent, but point out that there is some such published evidence. For example Paul Onions, a British Backpacker who is very good at estimating people’s height, described his attacker as 5 foot 11 inches, having a Merve Hughes moustache. Ivan Milat is only 5 foot 7 inches and had a Merve Hughes moustache. Paul Onions was shown a picture of Milat and ID him from that moustache. But DNA found on the murder victims was not Ivan Milat’s DNA. But I will not go into such evidences any more.
One library book described several murders in North NSW as a “copy cat” of the Ivan Milat murders. This man who so strongly reminded me of this truck driver was living in the area when these so-called “copy cat” murders were done. But I could not swear that the truck driver is the same man I saw on TV, all I can say is he is very much like him.
In 1973 not long after I met her, Wendy had once told me, “I used to be known as Margaret!” I had assumed at that time that either Margaret was her middle name, or Margaret was her first name and Wendy was her middle name. She since changed her name again, but I will not give her current name in order to protect her identity, and she is NOT a member of this AULRO forum, and could not even use a computer the last time we spoke, 2002.
Wendy spent time somewhere where all residents had an above average high IQ, so must be above average IQ herself, and wanted to do a University course in Psychology the last time we spoke by phone, in 2002, so may have learned to use a computer by now. The 18 year old girl that Ivan Milat raped was named Margaret.
It was a shock to realise that Wendy had raped by Ivan Milat, but I knew Milat’s victim Margaret was Wendy. See Wendy had told me that she had only been out of Sydney twice before, once to Kiama, and once to Newcastle. Ivan Milat’s victim Margaret had been out of Sydney twice before that trip where she was raped, once to Kiama, once to Newcastle. Wendy told me she had friends who ran the BP café at Goulbourn, while Margaret had escaped from Ivan Milat at that very same BP café at Goulbourn. Wendy’s mum and dad had had a grocery shop. Margaret’s mum and dad had a grocery shop. Books on Ivan Milat described Margaret’s mum as a religious fanatic, while once at her house I picked up Wendy’s mum’s Bible to look at it, and in a panic Wendy said “put that Bible down, no one is allowed to touch my mum’s Bible, not even me.” [As a side issue, personally I often hand my Bible to someone else to read something.]
The books on Ivan Milat that mention Margaret indicated she was a bit crazy because she had slept with her mum till she was 19. Wendy told me “I have my own room now” see Wendy had slept with her mum till she was 19, so that what finally became her room could be rented out to a university student border, to help pay their mortgage, and that way of help in paying the morgage is not crazy as far as I am concerned.
I knew that university student from a caving club that I was in, well before I first met Wendy, he being in a different caving club, not knowing that he had rented with Wendy’s family till I saw CAVING/ROCKCLIMBING GEAR in Wendy’s garage and asked her about who owned it.
Both Wendy & Margaret had dads who were alcoholics. Margaret’s mum had once caught her kissing another girl when she was 14, and Wendy told me that she had kissed a girl when she was 14 .
When Margaret was raped on Good Friday, 1971, she was picked up hitching with a lady friend trying to get from Liverpool to Melbourne. Wendy had once told me, I once set out to hitch to Melbourne with another girl, but did not get that far.
And there are several other such parallels that convinced me that Wendy, a girl I once wanted to marry when she was 20, is Margaret who had been raped by Milat back when she had been 18, two years before I met her. Both Wendy and Margaret are the same age.
Only one thing that I read about Margaret did not fit Wendy. Margaret, when she told the staff at that BP café that she had been raped, said “he broke my glasses.” I never knew Wendy to wear glasses, until during the 2000 Sydney Para Olympics the first time I saw her since the 1970’s when I dropped in to say hello, and she said to me, “I knew your voice but at first could not work out who you were. We are both getting old, and going grey, and I have to wear glasses now when reading.”
But between Easter 1971 & March 1973 when I met her, Wendy’s eyes could have been fixed, or she may have had contact lenses at the time when I met her, very possible but not absolutely sure. Or may have only used glasses for reading or else just for very long distance, etc, when I had first met her. So this glasses thing is not enough to say I am mistaken about Wendy being this Margaret. But I do think so many other things that fit her that my ex-girlfriend Wendy clearly has to be Margaret who was raped by Ivan Milat two years before I met her. If just one or two things fits them both it is a coincidence. But when absolutely everything but the glasses fits them both exactly down to every very small detail, then they are both the very same person.
I did try to get the records of Ivan Milat’s Rape trial, where Margaret testified against him, but these trial transcripts would have cost me over $100--, so I never did pursue this matter any further.
Wendy had said to me “we are meant for each other” and another time “I will do anything you want me to do.” I wanted to ask Wendy to marry me then and there, but instead asked her “anything” and she laughed and said “almost anything.” That “almost” made me fear that I could loose her if I asked her to marry me, so I did not ask her to marry me.
Then one day, I was at Wendy’s home, and a stranger who knew her visited her from Goulbourn riding an ex-police pursuit motorcycle. I thought he might be an ex-boyfriend, though she had assured me she had never kissed a man. And then I heard him ask her “what is he doing here,” and Wendy replied “I can’t get rid of the bum.” So I walked away extremely sad and upset, thinking that the girl I wanted to marry did not want me to be a part of her life. Remembering I had a phobia about being rejected and was trying to get up the courage to ask her to marry me, but was very scared she would not want me due to my phobia making me think that way.
Some months later someone, I do not know who, tried to visit me where I was, and I refused to see them, not wanting to see anyone but Wendy at that time. I was told at that time “I think it is your sister and a friend.” But years later found out it was not my sister, that she had never tried to visit me at that time. I now think this was probably Wendy who had tried to visit me at that time, due to something Wendy said, but never found out for sure. I always thought this break-up must have been my fault, until I started to read all these psychology books discussing ACoAs type thinking. Now I understand things differently.
I did not know how an ACoAs psychologically thought and acted, hence could not understand any bad side to Wendy. But there are many characteristics of those who grow up in an alcoholic home, as these psychology books I read point out.
Now I have given you this background to help you understand what I intend to say in other posts about the patterns of thinking of the vast majority of ACoAs people, Wendy being a prime example that I will use, and the background to why I have read on this psychology of ACoAs subject, and try to understand their thinking.

According to the books, Psychologically most ACoAs [Adult Children of Alcoholics] people want to merge and not be noticed, which is why Wendy joined a very small unnoticed alcoholic religious denomination of around 100,000 members world wide, where she could merge and not be noticed by the world. Most ACoAs people do have this deep psychological need to merge and not be noticed, which is why Banjo, who had an alcoholic dad was so brave to go public with his problems.
In 2002, over the phone I did tell Wendy I was going to write about her in a book, a book on the false beliefs of her small almost unknown religion, around 100,000 members world wide, a book that has not been yet published—may be down the track. In a panicky voice Wendy asked “what name are you going to use for me.” I replied “Wendy”, and she calmed down saying “that is okay, not many people know me by that name!” See Wendy/Margaret has changed her name more than once. I read the psychology books about ACoAs people, books that say they need to hide and merge into groups, well after this, and the books on ACoAs people do say they are very good at merging into large groups of people, so as NOT to be noticed.
Perhaps hiding away from the world by not going out is another way an ACoAs person may react, rather than merging so as not to be noticed as the majority of ACoAs people do. That is they fear to be noticed, just like once I feared rejection.
Thinking that she may be noticed and her deep secrets revealed is why Wendy panicked at that time I spoke to her on the phone. I am revealing Wendy’s deep secrets, but not revealing who she is, her current name/location to you, so you will never know if she is your next door neighbour [I admit that when I visited her house, a decade ago, I do not remember any Land Rovers next door, so it is very unlikely she is the neighbour of any Forum member]. So NOT wanting to be noticed is the first characteristic of ACoAs people, that I mentioned. Other ACoAs characteristics are to come.

Do you know that one of the most common definitions of an Alcoholic is:--
One who drinks more than you do, no matter how much you drink.
Way too many ACoAs people become alcoholics themselves. After all, sadly that is how they were bought up. But many more ACoAs people refuse to drink alcohol as they have seen all the harm alcohol has done to their family, so they become strict Tee-totallers so as not to cause their Children to suffer like they did when growing up in an alcoholic home.
Wendy once said to me:-- “I will never marry someone who drinks alcohol.” But sadly Wendy joined that false very small denomination, who, ignoring the Bible, plainly teach:-- “It is not a sin to drink alcohol in moderation,” making countless thousands of their members into drunks, alcohol being far more addictive than heroin. If one goes onto Websites of that small denomination, they admit there is a terrible amount of alcoholism among the members of their congregations. But with this small denomination’s background, and teachings, that is not at all surprising.
In 1970 or 1971, I went to a party and drank, because a girl I liked drank [this was 2-3 years before I met Wendy]. I only had a few and was okay, not affected byalcohol, but there was something wrong with my VW's steering because it kept mounting the dividing hump in the middle of the road, as I drove home after that party. So I pulled up and had a sleep. Woke up a few hours later and drove home and the steering had fixed & corrected itself, now behaving as it should. This happened again the next two weekends.
After those 3 times I vowed never to be under the influence again, and never have been drunk again since. Rarely touched a drop since, and when I did only once or twice a year, and if so never more than one small glass.
I can do without, and have not drank for many years.
Life is way too short to spend some of your time sleeping it off, not counting physical harm to you and others that is caused by drinking alcohol.

Buy some lattice fence extensions from Bunnings - Just buy a couple at a time and before you know it you'll have the whole thing done. I got some on my side fence (added 900mm) looks good and is mostly private - grow a creeper if you need more.

$80 is probably not too bad if you get it fixed.

Might be a silly question coz you've already checked it, but I had a problem recently where the wire from the alternator to the battery was corroded and not enough power was going across, although it looked ok on the outside. Once found, it was a simple fix. Have you tried replacing or duplicating that wire?

Hi Mick yeah i been checking stuff each day.Fatty went to start it this morning & no go, jumpstarted it & checked the volts at the batery & it was only 9.2..I will check that wire the sarvo i'll make one up to go around that one & see if it makes a differance...

I went to sydney once 23 years ago went down on the train with a family friend as he had to sign some papers to do with his apprentaship, parents told us get off at central & you can walk to where use need to go,so we done that got the papers signed & we thought great now we got the day left to see sydney..So we thought lets go have a look at center point tower,When we got there the line to use the elervators was so long we thought bugga this went outside looked for the next bigest building we could find & went to the top of that i think it was david jones, was all good till we left we hit the wrong button in the elevator & ended up in the undergroung rail,AWESOME we thought never seen these things before lets go for a ride wont be to hard to get back..WRONG we got compltely & uterly lost. When the train stoped we went back up top ,then couldnt find the underground rail again..But we seen this bus & it said free metro or something so we jumped on GREAT..NA we just got more lost..Eventualy we ended up going to the first cop shop we could find & asked them if they could take us to central station,Um we aren't a taxi servise they say, but they did give us a mud map to get us back to central.& we onnly just made the last train to get back...I VOWED NEVER TO GO BACK TO SYDNEY ..NEVER HAVE & NEVER WILL..
The same bloke i went with comited suicide a few years back, dont know why ,he had a falling out with his parents & moved to Tamworth. Some tourists fond him swinging on a rope just off the highway just outside of Tamworth..
& i thought this guy had it all married had a kid,had a good up bringing parents where always good to him i wanted what he had growing up..

What a beautiful garden, worthy of Home Beautiful magazine. I love the way he has gathered all the gold 109s around the front and side, then offset that with the Green 88" highlight in the corner. Simply marvellous. Obviously the contrasting Red Defender is yet to be positioned. No doubt all that rain you blokes get is causing the gardens to flourish.:p

Hi John how are you,Yeah i been watching the post go up & up,belive it or not i feel a sense of achivment watching it grow ,bit stupid but it gives me something to look forward to..I realy thought i wouldn't get any replies or if i did they would all of been smart ass's or the like, nowhere did i expect the respose i have recived so far & the surport..Its funny depresion started to set in yesterday after lunch for me, But by the time i went to bed it had all changed i was feeling beter as i had been on here chatting to people..I am looking forward to the day i can catch up to the temple of grockle,Well i do need a goal..One lives in hope..
Yea, banjo, I am well. Went for a 3k walk this morning, and then sat down for rest of the day on the laptop. Joined a Subaru forum as have wiring headache as we are swaping a EFI motor into a 1994 L-series Subaru as my wife's car, and do not now how to sort ot wiring. Have photos, but need t get them on net before I can trasfer them to the forum.
I would have been upset if you got a lot of smart arse replies. I copped a lot on the evolution thread, and on the Very important read thread, but when you take an unpopular veiw you expect a few smart arse replies. But they do not worry me.
My goal is never ever to catch up to the Temple of Grockle. Look after yourself and glad you have sorted out your move further,

Firstly let me say thank you for page 90 - i read it in about a quarter of the time it usually takes for a page! :D
Know how you feel about braving the 'concrete jungle'.
Sorry to here about the bloke you were with. Just goes to show that it's not what's on the outside that makes a person but what's on the inside and eating at them. Thanks so much for sharing your stuff mate.
Try not to stress about the move. See if you can take it one thing at a time - but I know that's easier for me to say than for you to do.
Hang in there anyway.

Can you take cuttings or seeds?
Hey Jason, I gotta tell you about something I got into a few years back - composting worms - they are so easy to look after.
I had about 10,000 of the wiggly little beggars. They would eat about 5kg of food per day. Meat, vegies, compost, paper - you name it they'd eat. Great for vegie gardeners.

Mate - we had one who would nod and agree with our requests and then go do what he wanted anyway. When the cops turned up at our place we were not amused. I was getting cranky when I had to take time off work to go to court with him - and I was real annoyed when a 20 something-year-old turned up to 'council' us on our lifestyle and living arrangements.
The night the cops rang around 1am and told us they had our kid I thanked them and hung up. They rang back. "Aren't you coming down to the station?"
"Nope, we know where he is now. We can sleep. You can keep him."
A night in the cells slowed him down for a while.

We even had half a dozen cops come to our door one day, guns drawn looking for him. It is hard work steering young people onto the straight and narrow.:mad:He put his mother and I through hell!!

Banjo - what we are saying is that it doesn't always work out well. You can give them all the love and advice you want but, if they have a mind to be prats, they will do just that.
Hang in there - when they get older and more responsible, they can be a delight again.
Our 'problem' child spent the weekend with us - brought his girlfriend with him. We actually enjoyed his company - but it has been a long hard road.

is fatty here to lazy again i am pass fuming...jason and myself just went out to jump start my crap again to put it back in the driveway and the neighbour across the road walked over pulled jas over to the front fence so i walked back up to see what was happening. That little ****ing snot nosed **** that came home with kayla and her boyfriend obviously decided that our cream coloured colourbond fence was to plain for his liking and graffittied on it I WANT TO MAKE HIM LICK IT OFF the mongrel
Have already looked in phone book unfortunately his parents aren't listed, what a shame was happy to ring and let them know what a lovely kid they have raised and seeing as he is theirs i will give them the opportunity to make him come and clean it before i ring the police and our real estate to pass on his details so that the real estate can make them pay the cleaning bill if he doesn't feel like it.Not us and i would like to let them feel very proud of their god-forsaken stupid child that does these kind of things in full daylight front yard busy road area.At the moment i have spoke to micayla and asked her how good is it to have friends like that....we get on pretty good with neighbours including one we share this fence with ...will wait and see how that goes.....thank goodness we will be moving...Sorry for the swearing but god i'm mad

When I was 17 yo, I came back to my home town to visit my parents (who I might add always supported me even when I was a *****, didnt support what I did though), I was met at the town boundry by the local law and told in no uncertain terms to not set a foot inside the district and to turn around and head back to where I come from. Took me 2 hrs to sneak about on the backroads to get to seemy parents, had too because I respected them and snuck oua town later that night. I have never done time but I spent from age 17 to 19 as a not very nice kid. I had a good upbring from a loving and supporting family, seen the error of my ways, got married, still married 28 years later, 3 great kids all doing well in their chosen fields, got a few other waywould kids also call me dad for the support given over time. Hey we just had a phone call from a realy nice guy from england & fatty answered the call & he said i am talking realy slow as jason said you wouldn't be able to understand me.It was on the mobile & we couldn't talk to lond as it was breaking up badly nut it was good i didn't feel nervous at all & i spoke on the phone after fatty..Seems things are changing for me since i outed meself as i usualy wouldn't do that at all..I didn't know how i would handle myself taking a call but since use all know my problem it seems easier as use dont presure me at all or expect of me.See in past times people would presure me to do stuff & then would expect me to just do it & then i would go into a panic big time & end up it the bathroom in cold sweats thinking i would throw up or worse crap or pee myself as you don't have control of it ..But since none of use do that to me in anyway it been realy good for me & am starting to try things that i wouldn't do at all before...But it is very slow going & i wish i could do things a bit quicker for everyone on here as i have a very lot of respect for use all especially as use all take me for who i am with all my faults & problems. I am realy petrified of having a member from here come over & me not being able to handle it & have to ask for them to leave because i am panicing that is very embarrasing for me to have to do that & i would feel so so bad & embarrased if that happend..
By the way it was GROCKLE who rang & grockle i am still doing this :Rolling:when i think of fatty answering mt phone & you saying i w i l l t a l k s l o w s o y o u c a n u n d e r s t a n d m e..

Getting back to raising kids, we brought up five and the other four turned out OK. The one we had (Still have) trouble with was easily led. He associated with a lot of "dickheads" and no matter how hard we tried to convince him that he should change his friends he wouldn't listen. This was at the "difficult" age of 14 or 15. By the time he was 20 it was too late, he already had a record with police. Got his drivers licence at 18, lost it at 19 and never had one since, still drives though, doesn't worry him. Been on the "happy weed" since 14 and is a regular taker of "speed". I have seen him not sleep for three days. He has been in that many fights, his face is scarred and because of his lifestyle he looks ten years older than his real age.
We ( his mother and I) used to say "where did we go wrong". We don't do that anymore (we had some councilling) because we realise there is only so much you can do, in the end they make their own choices in life and must accept the consequences of that lifestyle choice.:(
Banjo and Fatty, keep at it, don't give up and best of luck in steering your young ones onto the right path.:)

Ages ago, someone complained that I, or someone else, could not bother spell checking their posts. I use Internet Explorer 8 and never realised that there was an icon on the bar to Spell Check until a couple of weeks ago I first noticed that Icon. Till then thought that I could only spell check in Microsoft Word. I do write a number of my posts in Microsoft Word and then copy and paste them, but not posts like this one replying to yours.
See I do not have the Internet at home, so what I write away from the Free Wireless Hotspots that I do use, is always done in Word, then copied and pasted onto the forum, while what is done while on the net is not done in Word.

It is a brave thing to bare yourself as you have just done, which proves that chronic anxiety is not a measure of ones character. No one can understand the living hell it can be unless they have personal experience with it and that is why so many people hide the truth from those around them, so kudos to you mate for having the balls to share. The only thing I could suggest is that you find a therapist that you are comfortable with who does not have kids at expensive colleges, and unload on a regular basis. treat it like a release valve. You may or may not find answers but it's still worth a shot. Good luck to you
