Yes, Russians are not miserable and it's a great video and a really good musical arrangement and I listen often but it is not "spontaneous" as it is a a political broadcast produced and arranged for President Putins campaign before the last elections, it's clever in that most Russians will hear Putin instead of Puttin... and at the end the give away is when the bride says Putin Molodets= Nice Putin

They are not decompression taps, they are priming cups. So the answers are a) irrelevant b) irrelevant c) all d) close before cranking.

The idea is to put a dash of petrol in each one, open the taps briefly, then crank. Also useful to add a dash of oil to get some compression if the rings are in a poor state, but basically they are a cold climate device used with carburetters that either do not have a choke or other cold start enrichment device, or it is not very effective.

I wonder what model it is - these pretty much had disappeared by the 1920s.

My Son who recently got his endorsement to fly twin engine planes was telling me when landing with only one engine how, if you make the wrong manoeuvre, you are screwed. The plane will go into an uncontrollable spin
